Information you submit
When you submit a trial request, we save your name, contact and company details, fleet size and types, requested duration and notes in a private Nibras team record to review your request, contact you and arrange the trial.
Customer feedback
We save feedback and author details for verification. After consent and review, we publish the text, name, company and role. Contact details provided for verification are not published. You can request a correction or removal by email.
Optional visit analytics
Only with your consent, we record pages, referral sources and campaign labels, approximate country, device and browser, contact clicks and successful form submissions. A random session identifier renews after 30 minutes of inactivity. Analytics does not store IP addresses, names or precise locations. Visit events are excluded from reports after the chosen retention period, up to 90 days, and removed from storage on subsequent website activity. Decline or withdraw consent through Privacy choices in the footer; your preference is saved locally. Form protection uses a keyed address identifier that changes daily to limit excessive requests; it is not included in visitor analytics.
Use and sharing
We do not sell contact information. Information may be shared only as needed to provide the service or meet a legal requirement.
